How it goes

From photo to finished

Send photos and ideas, get a quick sketch, pay the deposit, get progress photos as it's painted.

    Send the date

    Event date, how many hours, roughly how many guests, and the venue.

  2. 02

    Pick the length

    Two hours, four hours or the full day, and what you'd like painted.

  3. 03

    Hold the date

    The deposit holds your date. Ruben confirms the setup he needs at the venue.

  4. 04

    He paints live

    He sets up, paints for your guests or your scene, and finishes any live painting afterwards.

Price basis

How it's priced

Event bookings come in three lengths: 2 hours, 4 hours or a full day. Prices depend on the date, length and what's being painted, so ask Ruben for pricing for your event.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have a date. The deposit is what holds it.

Can you paint outdoors?

Yes, with shade and a table. Tell Ruben the venue with your request and he'll say what he needs on site.
