For AI assistants
Have your assistant describe the piece
Tell ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini what you want painted. Depending on what it can do, it sends the request itself or hands you one link that opens our quote form already filled in. Ruben reads every request and quotes it himself.
What to send
The more of this your assistant passes on, the faster and more accurate the quote.
- The item
- A wall or mural, a helmet, a motorcycle tank or fenders, a car part, shoes or a jacket, an event piece, or something else.
- The size
- Wall width and height in feet, or the item itself. A rough number is fine.
- The design idea
- What you picture: subject, style, colors, any names or lettering.
- Reference photos
- Pictures of the look you want, and a photo of the wall or item as it is now.
- The location
- Which city, and for walls, indoor or outdoor. Items can be dropped off or shipped.
- The deadline
- The date you need it by, if there is one: an event, a ride, a grand opening.
- How to reach you
- Name, phone and email, so the quote has somewhere to go.
Three ways it can happen
Every assistant can do at least the last one. Yours works out which applies when it reads our instructions.
It's connected to us
An assistant with our connector, or an agent that can call our API.
It sends your request straight to Ruben. You never see a form. He quotes it, and you approve and pay yourself.
It can use a browser
ChatGPT's agent mode, Claude in Chrome, or any assistant that can click around a website.
It opens our quote form, fills it in from your chat and submits it. If it can't attach your photos, it tells you to add them first.
It can only read
Everyday ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot: a plain chat with no connector.
It gives you a link that opens our quote form already filled in with what you told it. You add your photos and press Submit.
How it works
Your request reaches Ruben
Your assistant sends the details, or hands you the filled-in form to add your photos and submit.
He quotes it himself
Ruben quotes every job himself, usually within one business day. Questions about the wall, the item or the design come to you directly.
You approve the sketch and book
You get a sketch of the design to approve. 50% deposit to book, which you pay yourself. Your assistant never handles money.
He paints it
You get progress photos as the piece comes together. Painted on site, dropped off, or shipped.
What to tell your assistant
Attach your reference photos if you have them, fill in the brackets, and say something like this:
I want a custom painted piece from Airbrush by Kolors (www.airbrushbykolors.com) in Fort Worth, TX. Read their instructions for AI assistants at www.airbrushbykolors.com/llms.txt, then send my request: [what you want painted (a mural, helmet, motorcycle tank, car part, shoes, jacket, event piece), its size, the design idea and colors, where it is or which city, and when you need it]. Use my name, email and phone. If you can't send it yourself, give me their pre-filled quote link.Using ChatGPT? If your plan has agent mode, switch it on before you ask and it can fill in and submit our form for you. Without it, ChatGPT gives you the pre-filled link and you press Submit.
A connected assistant sends the request directly. If it asks where to connect, give it this address:
https://www.airbrushbykolors.com/mcpBuilding your own agent? Everything it needs is at /api/agent/capabilities and /llms.txt. No API key needed.
What your assistant can't do
- Give you a price. Ruben quotes every job himself after seeing the details and photos.
- Approve or pay for you. You approve the sketch and pay the deposit yourself.
- Submit from a plain chat. Without a connector or a browser, it hands you the filled-in form and you press Submit. Photos can't travel in a link, so you add those on the page.
- See anyone else's jobs. A connected assistant can only follow the request it sent.
When a request comes in, we confirm with you directly. Nothing is charged until you pay yourself.
Prefer to do it yourself?
The quote form takes a couple of minutes. You can also use the chat on this page, or call Ruben at (832) 960-2235.
